House●ing connects funds with families that are facing a temporary (pandemic) setback. 

Organizations have allocated millions of dollars to social justice funds, while, on the other hand, as a consequence of the pandemic, millions of families are facing home stress and illness. Houseing identifies which families' are most likely to get back on their feet within two years, and through partnerships with US banks, gives these families a new homeownership opportunity. 

For every $10M in funding, our partner banks re(mortgage) 500 families' homes while receiving  24 months' worth of payments -- upfront. 

• The benefits of knowing your surplus funds allocated to improving equality are being used for long term benefits to BIPOC communities as well as society at large.
• Opportunity to have real impact at scale, while doing what you normally do -- signing mortgages. 
• Ability to impact local communities in meaningful ways, building brand equity.
• Opportunity for employee involvement in engaging activities supporting local housing.

Banks will see a profit on each mortgage. A lower than average interest rate to House•ing participants will be offset by the quantity of mortgages and total funds amount redirected to partner banks.
